The Founder
Elena Russo
Founder & Principal Designer
With a background in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and a master's in interior design from Parsons School of Design, Elena Russo founded Elara Studio with a singular vision: to create timeless spaces that blend luxury with livability.
Her approach draws on classical European sensibilities and contemporary ease, resulting in interiors that feel both meticulously curated and deeply personal. Elena believes that great design is not about trends — it is about understanding how people live, move, and feel within a space.
Since founding the studio in 2016, Elena and her team have brought this philosophy to residences, boutique hotels, and commercial spaces across the country. Every project begins with listening and ends with a space that tells its owner's story.
